I hoped to post a bunch of pictures today, but technical difficulties prevented it. It's late now and I need to get to bed (early brief tomorrow), so here are the cliffs notes version, with pictures to follow:
- Shot the M-16 off the fantail, got 190 / 200. Pretty happy about that!
- COD's brought mail, including a care package from the Gough's… THANK YOU!!!
- My face is bright red (excpet for my white racoon eyes) after standing around on the flight deck all day without any sunscreen (I'm a bonehead!)

I hope you'll post a "racoon" self portrait. It must be a sight to see. Clearly, you didn't listen to Grandma's lectures on skin cancer!
A little different than the Morongo Valley Gun Range (no rattle snakes). The sun burn probably feels the same though. Keep up the good shooting.

That's pretty good shooting. You should keep the target for the "dating" phase that will start in a few years. "Don't make my dad mad. Look at his target". I really need to get me one of those. Glad the package made it. We were just talking about it.
I don't care for the time zone you are in right now. Your BLOG is not posted in the morning here. Guess it will be a before bed read for a while.
