We wrapped up our study of Philippians in the Bible study tonight. Next week we'll begin a video series called "The Way of the Master." It's a program hosted by Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort, talking about evangelism and sharing the gospel. Should be challenging. The ship is a unique environment to be Christian. Obviously, most of the people on board do not Christ in a personal way. They know of Him, they're perhaps familiar with some bible stories, and that's all. Or perhaps they have completely rejected God, having found "church people" too hypocritical, or they have been disappointed by Him one too many times. Many have placed their faith in other Gods or simply cannot accept the claims of Christ. I'm hoping this video series will help me to be open and frank and bold to engage the people around me in a discussion of faith.
I'm on Alert 30 tonight and I have a night flight tomorrow night, so I'm back on the night schedule for now. Once again, I'm up too late. Fortunately, I can sleep in tomorrow.

Sounds interesting. I've seen them on TV. You have a real mission field there. It is no accident that you are in a unique position and place. I know your life has a great impact and just be yourself with any type of sharing. Being real is the best seller. Many I'm sure are watching you. That's exciting not something to be afraid of.

That should be a great study. I've seen and read a little about it. You'll be prepared to ask some great questions that will open up doors.

And....it's fun to keep up with you too.
